Can my uPVC window lock be repaired, or does it need replacing?

Why won’t my window close and lock properly?
Usually the sash has dropped or the hinges have worn, so the lock can’t reach the keeps. We realign and adjust it, and replace worn hinges where needed, so it closes and locks smoothly again.
Do you repair garage door locks?
Yes — T-handle locks on up & over, roller and side-hinged garage doors, plus barrels, spring latches and handle mechanisms. If the lock is seized or the key won’t turn, we can normally free and repair it without replacing the door.
Can you fix a window that won’t lock so it’s secure for insurance?
Yes. We restore the locking so your window is secure again, and if a lock can’t be reliably repaired we’ll replace it with an insurance-approved equivalent and provide an invoice for your insurer.
